Dr. Anup Aprem

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Calicut. Prior to joining NITC, I was a postdoctoral researcher and Emirates-Oxford Data Science Fellow in the Machine Learning Group at the University of Oxford (2018–2020), working with Prof. Stephen Roberts.

I earned my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2018 from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada. I hold an M.E. in Signal Processing from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore and a B.Tech from College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET).
